Zac Bair was drawn to teaching because he wanted to apply the leadership skills he developed in the Army to a career, and teaching will allow him to do just that. “In the Army, I became interested in leadership as a concept and philosophy, and I think teaching is a form of leadership,” he says. Zac is pursuing a double major in biology and Spanish, with a leadership minor. He plans to teach high school biology and hopes to teach abroad in a Spanish speaking country.
